Product Description
The MFC 900 Series digital development type gas mass controller is built using
micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensor chips, making it
suitable for various applications involving clean, relatively dry
small flow gas measurement and process control. The unique
packaging technology enables the product to meet different flow
measurement ranges, ensuring high sensitivity, reliability,
stability, and cost-effectiveness.
The MFC 900 series combines a MEMS flow sensing unit with a
high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU).
The integrated Δ-Σ A/D converter, logic circuit with internal
calibration, MCU processor, and display unit module work together
to ensure real-time, effective acquisition of sensing signals,
accurate flow measurement, and internal compensation algorithm
processing. This eliminates the need for external calibration,
ensuring high-precision flow output. The user-friendly digital
communication output allows for easy access to rich data
information, making the product versatile across various
applications.
