This flow meter is based on a MEMS flow sensing unit and a high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU). The integrated Delta-Sigma ADC and the internal calibration logic circuitry, combined with the MCU processor, ensure effective real-time acquisition of the sensing signal and accurate flow signal output. The sensor performs an internal compensation algorithm, eliminating the need for external calibration compensation, thus guaranteeing high-precision flow output. The digital output communication mode is user-friendly, allowing for easy data retrieval and communication.
