CMF9005 Digital Medical Flow Meter is made of
Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) flow sensing chip, suitable
for various purposes of clean, relatively dry nature of small flow
gas measurement and process control, unique packaging technology
makes the product to meet the different ranges of flow measurement,
to ensure high sensitivity, high reliability, high stability and
low cost.
It is based on a MEMS flow sensing unit and high precision digital
processing and calibration circuitry (MCU). The integrated Δ-sigma
A/D converter, logic circuits with internal calibration function,
MCU processor and display unit module, etc. together to ensure that
the sensing signal real-time effective acquisition, to obtain
accurate flow signal, and in the internal compensation algorithms
for the corresponding processing, the flowmeter test principle
determines that there is no need to do any external calibration and
compensation to ensure that the flow rate of high-precision output;
user-friendly digital output Friendly digital output communication
mode, users can easily use digital communication to get the
corresponding rich data information; product applications are very
broad.
