CAFS5012E Explosion-proof gas mass flowmeter is using
microelectromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensor chip, suitable for
various uses of clean, relatively dry gas flow measurement and
process control, unique packaging technology to satisfy the
different range of flow measurement, to ensure high sensitivity,
high reliability, high stability and low cost.
CAFS5012E Is based on MEMS flow sensing unit and high precision
digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU). The integrated Δ
- Σ A / D converter, the logic circuit with internal calibration
function and MCU processor jointly guarantee the real-time
effective acquisition of sensing signal, obtain accurate flow
signal, and the corresponding compensation algorithm processing,
without any external calibration compensation to ensure the high
precision flow output; in addition, the product adds the power
system, connection, port system and other protection circuits;
friendly digital output communication mode, users can easily get
the communication and get the corresponding data information; the
product application range is very broad.

Matters Needing Attention
1.The product can only work normally in the use environment defined
in this manual.
2.Attention should be paid to the gas flow mark during
installation, and the connection and leakage detection should be
carried out according to the corresponding regulations.
3.During the use of the product, the online installation of pipes,
cleaning of pipes or other operations that may introduce a large
amount of impurities may cause damage to the product.If there is water in the medium, or immersed in water may cause the
decline or damage of the sensor sensitive characteristics.
4.The positive and negative electrode of the power supply will
cause the internal circuit of the sensor burned out, thus affecting
the use.
